Inmind Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborating with both customers and internal development/R&D teams

• Manage various projects with customers and internal development/R&D project teams.
• Oversee the complete project delivery process from initiation to post-delivery monitoring.
• Ensure smooth project execution, including progress tracking, scope management, budget control, and risk assessment.
• Plan, establish, and monitor project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct retrospective analyses, prepare follow-up reports, and provide recommendations for project success.

We are looking for a talented, diligent System Administrator & Support. The position responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security. To be successful in this role, you should have an excellent ability to solve problems using your in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions. You should be a team player, willing to handle all support requests with courtesy and professionalism, and also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. You will be responsible to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
• Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
• Providing technical support when requested.
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

• Effectue la recherche de prospects et identifie de nouvelles opportunités pour la vente de son portfolio;
• Décèle, développe et exécute une stratégie de vente régionale, en mettant l’accent sur les nouveaux comptes;
• Mets en œuvre une stratégie de rétention et de croissance des clients;
• Augmente les revenus en atteignant et/ou dépassant le quota de vente sur une base mensuelle et trimestrielle;
• Effectue les rencontres de présentation des offres d’affaires Inmind chez les clients potentiels afin d’identifier les besoins et requis initiaux, les suivis, la prise en charge de la préparation des offres de services (en collaboration avec les directeurs) et présentation de l’offre aux décideurs;
• Maintiens une connaissance approfondie du marché dans lequel la division évolue notamment les clients, concurrents, partenaires et technologies;
• Travaille étroitement avec les équipes techniques afin de définir les solutions d’affaires proposées aux clients en lien avec leurs besoins;
• Développe et maintiens une relation active avec nos différents représentants chez Microsoft;
  Assure la gestion des comptes clients existants en gérant la relation de ceux-ci.
