I joined Inmind the 1st time on July 11, 2011. I left the company on May 10, 2018 for a period of 2 years to see if the grass is greener elsewhere. I came back to Inmind on May 11, 2020, almost two years ago.
I currently hold the role of Project Manager and Support Team Coordinator for the Dynamics GP team. I see my role (my mission) as being a resource person for our clients and in the satisfaction of the services rendered.
I have held a few roles within the company over the years. My first position was in the support team in 2011 and allowed me to learn more about the Dynamics GP application. After that I was transferred to the GP integrators team for various GP technical upgrade and installation mandates.
Since my return in 2018, I took over the coordination of the support team and since fall 2020 I started managing different projects.
I was very lucky in all these departments, as I was well surrounded by hyper competent people who trusted me and took the time to show me all the ropes and this still continues today.
Each day is different from the last and has its challenges, but customer satisfaction remains a priority for me.
I love working at Inmind because of the spirit of support and camaraderie that unites us all. I never feel like I’m alone (even when I’m homeworking).
I don’t think I can name just one. But I must admit that some of the successes of projects or satisfaction expressed by our clients are what motivate me to continue and keep me on the lookout.
Most of the people at Inmind are passionate. The work is sometimes demanding and you may have to face challenges, but you know that you are always well surrounded and supported and that is the strength of the team.
