My journey at Inmind is in two stages. I first worked for Inmind, Negotium at the time between 2011 and 2014. I have been back at Inmind since November 2020.
I am in charge of finance and administration analysis for the Inmind corporate team. I manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, periodic, monthly and year-end entries.
The collaborative spirit between departments, the ease of communication with all other colleagues.
For the great autonomy granted to me as well as the working conditions (flexible work schedule and 4.5 days, cellular allowance, REER program)
The corporate activities offered by the company always have a special flavor. Even during the pandemic, it was important for Inmind to maintain a sense of belonging. We were able to participate in a cooking class with our small team and the masks of course at Atelier Saveurs in Montreal Trust.
At Inmind, we recognize the importance of the quality of life of our employees in our corporate values. Also, the flexible working hours and the possibilities of progression within the company thanks to training seem important to me to mention.
