Bridge to Cloud 3: a strategic opportunity to migrate to the Cloud
Starting January 1, 2026, Microsoft is launching the Bridge to Cloud 3 program, an initiative designed to facilitate the transition of on-premises Dynamics customers to Dynamics 365 online, including Business Central. This promotion offers a 30% discount on 3-year subscriptions, as well as a free renewal of the Enhancement Plan for the duration of the program.
Eligible companies can thus modernize their infrastructure while realizing substantial savings. Please note: the Bridge to Cloud 2 (40% discount) program ends on December 31, 2025, and a price increase is planned for November 1, 2025. Now is the time to act to maximize the benefits of this transition to the Cloud.
Business Central price increase effective November 1, 2025
Microsoft has announced a price increase for Dynamics 365 Business Central licenses, effective November 1, 2025. This is the first price revision in over five years, justified by the addition of numerous features, including AI integration with Copilot, improved interoperability with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and a built-in sustainability module.
The new monthly rates will be $110 CAD ($80 USD) for the Essentials license, $149,50 CAD ($110 USD) for the Premium license, and $63 CAD ($45 USD) for the per-device license. In return, the storage capacity included per license will be significantly increased. Customers can still benefit from the current rates until October 31, 2025, making this a strategic time to renew or migrate their licenses before the increase.
