Strategy — Communicate — Spread — Measure 

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing and Commercialization Director is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the company’s marketing, commercialization and communications strategies. 


  • Participate in the strategic planning process of the company 
  • Ensure the company’s effective positioning, supporting Inmind’s strategic directions 
  • Develop the marketing plans (inbound marketing, market analysis, target setting, action plan, etc.) 
  • Control and summarize the results of marketing campaigns and adjust action plans accordingly 
  • Manage the marketing team, ensure the coordination and the homogeneity of the various initiatives 
  • Manage the marketing budget 

Commercialization and new products/services development

  • Coordinate the definition of the Inmind offer 
  • Participate in building business cases with business units for possible new products/solutions/services 
  • Coordinate Inmind’s representation and participation in relevant trade/industry events 
  • Participate in the preparation of case studies 
  • Write informative documents for services, products, etc. 


  • Develop communication strategies in collaboration with business units 
  • Responsible for preparing and disseminating external official communications 
  • Prepare references, testimonials, quotes to promote the brand and address the needs of sales teams, in collaboration with business units 
  • Manage the brand/visual identity of the company (logo, templates, document standards)  

Required skills 

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent 
  • Experience in digital marketing and digital content design 
  • Knowledge of best practices for delivering content on social networks 
  • Ability to understand complex topics, to popularize them and to translate them into hard-hitting content 
  • Excellent teamwork, analysis and communication skills 
  • Listening, observation, anticipation and initiative skills 
  • Ability to work with multiple partners and in matrix structure 
  • Ability to handle multiple files head-on with tight deadlines 
  • Bilingual (spoken/written) in French and English 
  • Creativity and proactivity
